The fully automatic film free X-ray timely welding joint detection system is applicable to welding joints with different wall thicknesses, and the detection range is as follows:

• The elliptical method is suitable for small diameter pipes with a diameter of 10-108mm

• Double wall method is suitable for pipe diameters P114-530mm

• Single wall method is suitable for pipe diameters P530-1420mm

• Specific joints can be detected using the multiple exposure method, which can detect pipes of any diameter
